Return Process

  Log into your RY.com account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
